CS and Vista?

Does the CS games run ok on Vista?

BT, there are some minor issues.

DT, no worries! I was here at the time.

I dread having to purchase a new computer and not have the XP option. :(
I'm hoping to keep this one going for a while longer. :smoke:

I think you can now get either Vista or XP.....even micro soft has seen the light :-)

Whew! The last message I remember getting from Microsoft was that XP was going to be unsupported.

Last night I tried installing the old Talonsoft WF (Gold). Before running the game I right clicked on the EXE and made it run in 98 mode. Only issues so far are the music and some sounds. They tend to get stuck in a loop but at least the game is still playable!

Talonsoft runs under Vista but is not playable. I think units can't fire or something.

Thanks Huib for letting me know. I will keep WF installed and just use it for converting the scenario's to CMAK.
