1.04 download problem - HELP

I've tried to download the 1.04 patch twice.

Both times, after an hour or so, I get a "timed out" notice and update ends?

I didn't have eny problem with 1.03, so I don't know what's going on.

Any assistance is appreciated.

I have new computer with DSL connection.

Something is up at Matrix. I dl'd the 1.04 earlier no problem but now I am dl'ing something else and got the timed out error too.

I've tried to download the patch 4 times now.

Once late last night and once again early this morning and I am getting the "timed out" message every time?

I tried the link Matrix sent me and then went directly to their site and signed in before trying to download.

Maybe try Update button from Game Menu.

Gents:

I downloaded ver. 1.04 game patch to my desktop, then unzipped and installed files into my CS folder on the day the patch was made available. It was approx. a 30 minute process. Had no download issues. I did not use the CS "update" button.

I tried the CS update button.

"Downloading: Update information from server #1"
"Creating handle"

Then I get, "Download could not be accomplished, contact Matrix"???????

I had no problem with 1.03 except that it took over an hour. This one continues to time out??????????????????????

I'm trying to download to another directory.

All other downloads have been to JTCS.

I don't see why it should make a difference, but I'm trying "desk top" this time.
