Hi folks.

The testing of Panzer Leo´s new SPWAW 8.403H2H.fr started today.
Hope the mod will be available to the whole community soon,
but testing always takes time:)

Is this the original H2H fr, only now using the 8.403 mech, instead of the 7.1 mech, or were there other changes?

Hi.

Panzer Leo is not an active member of the SP community anymore,

he sent a modern H2H mod for version SPWAW 8.403, but attached

no list of changes:whis:

For sure the adjustment to the newer 8.0 series mech exe. is very

important, but other changes concerning OOB´s, assault rules etc..

have been archieved too.

We´ll keep you informed.

Hello Jolly Roger,

One OOB item to note and perhaps fix.. the UK OOB has a mistake with the churchill tanks.. sometime in late 42 or early 43 the Churchill receives the 6lb gun with APCR ammo supplied.. but.. the incorrect gun is used as there is no penetration value given in the gun data for APCR ammo.. so the Churchill shoots APCR at times with a penetration of 0.. very frustrating to see 6lb shots bouncing off HT's :)

Might check to see if that was fixed by Leo..

Ok. Checked it. The Churchill IV is still equipped with a 6 pounder
MK 5 without data for APCR ammo.

Is the gun wrong and should be changed to MK 3, or do we have to
add values for APCR penetration of the MK 5 gun ?

Churchill III used the Mk2/3 Gun 6 pounder
Churchill IV used the Mk4/5 gun 6 pounder (or could be called Mark 3/5)
PenAPCR should be 148 for the 2/3 and 158 for the 4/5
Churchill III would not have been issued APCR ammo I do not believe. AP Only
