Gameplay question - no entry ernst

I'm in a France '40 game with ernst and i've somehow managed to get a large blue arrow on screen!

1. How do i get rid of it?

2. What is it for?

Go up to the menu bar, click on "A/I", scroll down to "View/Delete A/I Orders", highlight the entry and delete the A/I order.

Its easy to do by mistake. You accidentally issued an A/I movement order by holding down the Alt key and left-clicking to move a highlighted unit.
