To be honest I was thought that one team is formed from Polish players from CSTO , the second team from the players from theblitz .

I have no problem with that.I,am ready to start if the other two are ready.WE will be the Entente,you'll be the CP ok? As I understand from your e-mail,our side gets to pick what side to be.
We pick Entente.If the other two don't mind.
