I think you'll be surprised. Just glancing at the opponent wanted section of the Matrix forum most folks are waiting for this version to come out before starting a new game.

When you read the WitP/AE forum over at the Matrix site you'll realize that this game has a massive following and cost is the last thing on my mind. Will worry about that when my Visa bill arrives !!!.

OK I've said this before but if you have WitP at the very least install the CHS mod by Andrew Brown and give the game a makeover.
Also a wonderful sound mod is available by Cobra at the RHS site.

I will be purchasing AE when it come out, I would expect the costs to be about the same as WITP.
