Problem with DBP

I am playing,"An Ad Hoc Adventure". I am in the 9th turn and it is the Viet Minh's turn. There is a hex with only a weapon in it,no troops at all. The unmanned weapon is firing on my troops(French).

It is in a loop and the scenario will progress no further. I saved the file with the intentions of sending it to HPS tech support but I cannot find the correct email address for them. Does anyone have the address I need?

Thanks for your reply, I went into that site but there is no way to attach a file. I thought I read some where on this board where someone said to send your problem file to HPS and gave an address.
