Ok,some other questions for you:
1)There are fields like major_defeat/minor_defeat/minor_victory/major_victory.Shouldn't be there one for 'draw' too?

IIRC these numeric values contain the value to be greater than or less than for that level of victory. Hence, draw is, by default, a value between Minor defeat and minor victory.

It would nice if there was an "upload date" that would give us an idea of when the scenario was added to the scenario database.

It would be invaluable for people who are perfectionists (like me) who wish to have pretty much every scenario. With an upload date, we could sort scenarios by this feature, to make sure we have all recent scenarios downloaded.

I first mentioned this several years ago, but there didn't seem to be much interest on the boards at the time.
