It's my fault.

You are of course in the Tournament. I will correct the webpage data at once. Sorry for the mistake.

About the 3rd Round start... I have decided to start a new round because most people have already finished previous round, and only two Round 2 games were still being played (yours Tanky-David B Brown and Nacbar2-Bushman).

Your next opponent will be again David B Brown, so you can decide whether to start next round and play both Round 2 and Round 3 games, or to firstly finish Round 2 and then start Round 3.

The round 3 scenario is fast and easy to play..not many units for the Russians to move, since most of them are fixed, and the Germans only have 2.5 divisions. Varjager and I are finished our game already.
