NC 3 Editor help

I've been trying to play around with the scenario editor to create a new scenario from scratch, I assume this is possible, when I select the new tab it's asking to load the main oob file but I don't see such a file is there one? can I create oob files? or does the game just allow you to alter existing scenario files.....any help would be appreciated

Hi Iwo Jim,

you can create new OOB´s, new pdt´s etc., but that´s a bloody hard work. What kind of scenario would you like to create ?
Maybe I could send a suitable ooB file.

I had nothing in Particular in mind, I was just playing around with it and curious about the process, what was possible and what wasn't
