Game will not open

I just reinstall the game. When I go to open the game I get a message "out of range" and game will not open. Can anyone help?

Athlon 3200 xp CPU with windows xp operating system and nvidia 7600 agp card. The game was find up untill saturday the 13th. My hard drive failed so I reinstall the game and others on another drive. This is the only game not working. I believe the message is generated by the game but I'm not 100% sure.

No it doesn't

I would erase the Prefferences file in the main CMBB directory and start the game in 600x800 with a low refresh rate and see what goes on.
