I am the new kid on the block. I would love to play Kharkov, you pick the scenario. I prefer to play the Germans. On the special rules, I need to know what boxes to check so we are on the same page.

If you are still learning the game system might i suggest Ivan and yourself play a small(ish) scenario rather than launching yourself into a huge campaign?
However if you feel you are comfortable with the rules & tactics then by all means play whatever you like. ;)

If anyone is still interested, I'd love to play a small scenario. I am still fairly new to the system. Here is a list of four scenarios that are small in nature and look fun to play for either side. Any other scenario suggestion is welcome as well, I just picked these since they looked manageable and run the gamut of the campaign where each side has a chance to be the aggressor.

Staryy Saltov (#04) 6 turns, Russian attacker
Velikaya Bereka (#05) 7 turns, Russian attacker
Lozovaya (#22) 10 turns, German attacker
Izyum (#22) 14 turns, German attackers

Optional Rules: artillery set up, recon spotting, VST, night fatigue, programmed weather, limited air recon. These seem to be the standard accepted with a lot of Blitz player.

I'd prefer a mirror match, and if a vet would like to play, he must crush me mercilessly so I can learn better!
