I noticed in the 'latest results' page, that the 'game' is not showing in the far left column:

Instead it shows a 'red X' error.

Is this a problem since the website update a short while ago?

I sometimes like to view the results for the last 30 days and see how many SPWaW games have been played vs SPWW2 games.

Have you checked how many boot campers never play a single game? That's probably 30 out of those 35 which is a shame. I visit the boot camp from time to time and offer a mentored battle just to get them hooked :)

Thats a good idea Vesku thanks for pointing it out, will also have a look perhaps should make more obvious onus is on them to contact each other & could CC an email to them all at the start of the month to remind them possibly.

If you look at the numbers in each ladder SP rates up there with the big dogs, I think the onus falls on us as well as themselves to get and keep the boot campers playing. We need to get the boot campers more active in playing and contributing to the ladder. We want 30 staying more than 30 going.

I an planning some changes when me and Imp step in, just some more ways of getting players active in our great game.

hmmm...My browser (IE8) isn't loading the games, for some reason...

I think there's great opportunity to get bootcampers involved. Even a simple email pointing out some features of the Steel Panthers forum/ladder, and encouraging them to find opponents, or help if needed. :soap:

Agreed its on the to do list once we are up & running as Vesku brought it to my attention.
Also remember guys its your forum any ideas sugestions would be welcomed by me & I am sure Marcus to.
The worst we can do is say no after all.
Goals at the moment probably to make sure people get out of boot camp & do become part of the Blitz.
This should not be that difficult already think I have it covered but second goal to bring these & others into the forum & make it more active rather than just the "regulars" will require some thought.
We have been gifted a great tool in the Blitz if we can get more people regulary on the forums etc might be able to get more tourneys going etc by getting people to colaborate doing what they like.
I.e. One guy builds maps another researches OOBs etc, its a big thing to do on your own & like playing builds freindships.
Must be other things just need to get both my brain cells to talk to each other so can think of them once I have got my feet wet.

I put a red circle around what used to show me which game was played.

As usual nice & clear Cross its what I thought you will have to live with it for a few days as not active yet though sure Marcus will pick up on it.

Can anybody else confirm the problem.
If you use a browser other than IE8 would like to know if displays correctly.

ok have checked out what you mean. It doesn't show as a red X for me but it does not show what version of SP it was that was played.

Will get back to you on that.

Cross not sure as have not played here before but think whats missing is a graphic depicting the game.

As your screen shot shows they are all steel panther games.

If they play more than one game just above the table in your screen shot are toggles in blue.

Turn on/off (game name)
Cycle through till game you are after is only one displayed,
Steel Panthers always seems to be the last listed table.

From my play you want it set up so the game you want to view results for says "Hide" & all other games say show. So for steelpanthers says

"Hide Steel Panthers"

If they play any other games will say listed above

"Show (insert game name)"

If you press this will open a new table for that game above the Steel Panther one

Hope you followed that the main point is all games in that table are of the type listed in the heading though cant diferentiate between MBT WW2 or SPWAW
