I cannot make any sense of this fabulously marvellously stupendously magnificent new MB. I want to check the details of PBEM Turn rate but alas, I cannot find a way. I recall it as easy to do on the terrible old disgusting "spit throwup" monster we had in better times.

go to "control panel"
=> choose "Blitz"
=> choose "general options"
and now you can change "army", "availability"
