Optional rules: as per VM document file.

About helos we usually play like this:
Do not put adjacent flying helos/helo infantry to ground units for blocking or isolating enemy units (you must leave an empty hex)
Do no end flying helos/helo infantry movement upon bridge hexes and roads.

You can check the OOB file and the strengh dialog on the game, but there's no program for printing divisional forces (at least I don't know about it)

Also we usually play limiting the number of FASCAM (artillery mines) fired adjancent, 3 adjancents it's the max.

Nope I didn't get your e-mail.

VM document is including with the art pack from Volcano Man, it contains the art, the alternative scenarios, OOB and PDT files plus the document. You can find it in his page Volcanomods.com

You can isolate troops with FLYING helo infantry (Travel Mode), if you land them no problem at all.

Do you mean "dancing back and forward" to spent defensive fire? this is gamey, try no using it. (Besides helos are so valuable I'm not sure it would pay on the long run).
