Although F14 was designed by VM the scenarios are not considered _Alt scenarios but stock scenarios for which you should use the default opt rules set by the designer.

The _Alt opt rules list is used when playing VM _Alt versions of stock scenarios in titles he did not design. ;)

A bit confusing i know......
