Anybody know where I can find this CMAK scenario:

Looks like EKrommen and Cargol have the file based on googling "Combat Mission B&T Well of Souls." Suggest ask them to pass you the file.

It does not appear at Scenario Depot II.

The scenario is listed at theBlitz but not the download.
