Indeed, it's korea, but it's not in 1989...
I don't watch any NKPA tank counter (not even as second echelon) so it could be Korean War...

Bingo! It's just one scenario that i think it's very doable, the third phase offensive (new year's eve offensive) and the First and second battles of Wonju.
