1914 Problem/Question
I am playing the 01,s Miracle of the Marne as Central powers.

The last few turns it has become aparent that the more French I kill my score goes down! The best example is in one location I killed 300 french for the loss of 40 of my troops my score has droped by 20 points.

Now I know the Central powers had to look after their forces and go for the objectives , but I stand no chance when the more I kill the more chance of lossing.

Is this a bug!

No, it is not a bug. The Allied Powers are the attackers in the Marne scenario. So you, as the Central Powers, want the score to go down to win. Think of it this way: the VP levels apply to the attacker, so the high end of the scale means victory for the attacker and the low end mean defeat for the attacker. When you open the Victory Dialog, whatever side it says as the "first side" is the attacking side (and the side that wants the score to go higher).

Hope that helps...

Hey Bidermann, not sure if you are playing this one against the AI, or human. If you are looking to play PBEM, drop me a line, I'm currently looking for a match. Great title. Cheers, Ted.
