Note to my fellow Gamers

Tonight I have encountered a computer problem that may have me offline for a day or two until I can figure it out.

My CPU is fine (hooked it up to another monitor) but no display on mine so I am checking connections, etc... It's late tonight so it will be tomorrow before I really get into it.

Probably just a loose connection or something & I should be back up tomorrow sometime. If I will be down for more than a day I'll follow up here.

Fortunately, the little lady's computer is working so I can post this.

It appears that my surge protector died doing its duty and has therefore been awarded the Medal of Honor, post-humously. All equipment is fine, but the surge protector went down fighting the masses of electrons that assailed it!

We now have a new "monster" surge surpressor in place and are up & running once again.

It will probably take me a day to get all caught up.
