Combining Mods Packs?

Howdy folks! I've been playing with this game for a few years off and on, and I'm trying to upgrade to a better detail pack for the Axis, US, and UK forces. I've downloaded the three zips, which each contain two *.cmb files, one for summer and one for winter for the respective force.
Here's the problem I have: How do I combine two of these files so I can utilize both the highly detailed Axis and US/UK forces on the same scenario? I've never really played with the Scenario Editor much, so it's somewhat foreign to me. Your guys' help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello BB,
So far as i now the AI doesn"t change vehicles & uniforms when you play in winter or summer. So in all seasons you have the same camouflage.
My advise is to select a specific camo and don't waste to much time on this issue. Far more important is the map, improve terrain, specially with hexes witch improve planning and synchronise movement etc.
