Now, for your reading pleasure

RE: Now, for your reading pleasure
LOL, touche... How about a M15A1 special with 40mm bofors deployed with the 209th AAA AW Bn in the Pacific?

Non-standard equipment improvised in the field was sometimes employed by isolated U.S. Army AAA units. If the halftrack pictured at the left looks like a normal M15, don't be fooled. That is really a 40mm Bofors in the bucket. A group of 40mm halftracks was in service with the 209th AAA AW Bn in the Pacific. These special tracks were modified in Australia and used by that organization with positive results.

RE: Now, for your reading pleasure
I almost pulled that one out, but I figure you won't hit me with the first shot and by the time you open the breech to put in another round you'll be dead from multiple 40mm strikes. LOL... But if you insist...

I meet your call to 75mm and raise you 30 more to the 105mm T19.

The T19 was a limited stop-gap standard production vehicle produced from January 1942 to April 1942 by combining the regular M2 howitzer with the M3 halftrack in a similar fashion to the M3 75mm GMC. The T19 was intended as an interim solution until the fully tracked M7 105mm HMC could be fielded, and the 325 T19s produced were used in training, and also by artillery companies of infantry divisions, as well as artillery battalions of armored divisions during the North Africa campaign. They were largely replaced by the time of the invasion of Sicily, though some lingered on through the Italian campaign and later the invasion of Southern France. In July 1945, 90 T19s were converted to M3A1 infantry carrier halftracks

RE: Now, for your reading pleasure
And yours as well my friend.

I didn't want to go straight to the 105, had to have something to raise me with. And besides, your driver looks drunk!

Here is my 90 mm anti-tank gun, covered by my rocket launching M3! Take that!

OH SOB! The files are too large... and I don't have to time to resize! Damn it.

Night all,
