Help Support the SDC
Some of you may not know that Steve Trauth runs the SDC web site, which is located here: http://hist-sdc.com/

The SDC offers a ton of John Tiller extras, including great planning maps for all of the titles found within several different series.

Over a year ago, Steve was asked by Rich Hamilton to take over and run his SDC web site, and Steve has done a great job. Steve has unselfishly donated hundreds and hundreds of hours to help us out in this great hobby and he is currently supporting the SDC out of his own pocket. It would be great to see us help return the favor back to Steve, by helping him out with either a PayPal donation or simply by using the easy-to-use SDC search window for our Amazon purchases. You can even help support the SDC by purchasing a book or computer game from the SDC store which is associated with with Amazon. The SDC store is located here: http://hist-sdc.com/store.php

Even if you can not help donate via PayPal, it is still possible to help support the SDC by using the SDC Amazon Search Window, since anything you purchase through the SDC Amazon Search Window, Amazon will send a small monetary amount to the SDC.

Help Support the SDC and show Steve, just how much the SDC and all of his work means to you.

Thank You

Re: Amazon.co.uk

I have to check on that again; I believe that it might be that I would have to establish a specific Amazon.uk affiliate (as well as .fr, .de, etc).

I did look into that in passing, and since I did not have time to go over their user end agreement, I put it on the backburner. So, technically I don't think it does work for anything but the US site at this time.

Might be worth sorting out as over Xmas I buy a fair bit from Amazon UK. Infact most of my books and my daughters toys etc are bought from there full stop.

Hi Wodin:

I am inclined to agree with you. I printed out the EU user agreement- as it applies to all of their EU based sites; it looks like I will have to put together a separate application (which isn't a problem)... and will take care of that.

-At the moment the site will be pretty dormant for a couple of weeks (as I have a priority boardgame industry project I have to work on). Not meaning to be coy about it- but it is full on.

Anyways - I'll get on that shortly.
