Scenario Uploads to dBASE

Understood Toni.
But, I think you did not understand me?

A designer can upload their own scenarios and modify them later?
If the designer has someone upload the scenario for them the designer would not be able to modify their scenario unless they have a mod get involved?

I also agree that the scenarios in the dBASE be protected from others changing them.

I would expect the designer though to have the knowledge how to upload, or if not sure to ask one of the mods or an experienced uploader how to. your guide has sorted that out.
