Has anyone heard anything from Blamey??? I've been waiting 3 months to get this 1st game started and I've nearly finished the 2nd game. If I don't get a reply soon is that an auto win to me???? Big Laugh

Blamey is/was my round 2 opponent.
He had some RL issues and was unable to continue our game in a timely fashion.

Looks like plenty of games still ongoing?? Can we get an update on them??

It looks like 4 games were decided because of dropouts. You should have those players that won by forfeit play each other to decide a winner. Pretty cheesy having that many battles decided by people jumping on board and then bailing.

Same with round 2. You should do a roll call here to see how many are still serious about this. Weed out the slackers so we can press forward. Last thing you want is this to drag out longer and have more people decide to bail. Just my opinion.

I totally agree with eniced73!!
Is this tournament still alive?

The same thing I would like to know from my opponent...
Our first round battle is not finished yet, with some 20 turns left.
I used to get one turn per 2/3 weeks, but it has been 3 weeks now.

Regaring this tournament being alive or not:
Actually I would expect Raz_atoth to take some initiative in this matter.
To keep the battle results up-to-date once in a while and to send out an update or a proposed schedule for round 3.

I for myself am still alive and waiting for this tournament to progress.
To repeat Eniced73's words: A little input from everybody is what is required now.

thanks!

I'm here and looking forward to the third battle.

I still need to wrap up a few things. Hopefully in a week or two i'll be able to start the third battle.

Thanks for the update Raz.
I think we all appreciate the effort you are putting into this tournament.
Uh, that is, all the still 'active' players in this tournament I mean.
It must be a disappointment for all of us and for you in particular to to see so many dropouts.
It really undermines the fun of this tournament.
