The Best of John Tiller Cover Art: Poll 3 Round 2
Here are the next selections of the 2nd round of The Best of John Tiller Cover Art Contest.

These fun polls will eventually lead to our favorite cover art picture that has been released in the following series from John Tiller HPS and JTS titles: PzC, MC, and FWWC.

The rules are simple. Each member is allowed to vote once for their favorite game picture that is displayed. The winning picture will advance to the next round, and this will continue until we declare a winner.

The next two cover art pictures to compete against each other in round two are Kharkov '42 vs Middle East '67.

Remember we are not voting on which game you like better. We are just voting for fun as to which cover art picture you like the best out of the two that are displayed below.

Voting will last for seven days.

And yet again the MC series Cover is whacked: THis variant of the M48/M60 series wasn´t in service before the mid-late 1980s. About as appropriate for the period as the bazooka wielding Turk is on the cover of FG85 Wink

You didn't miss the Panther on the cover of 'The First Blitzkrieg'? Or I think Panzer IV G (or later) on Smolensk '41? :)

I don´t play PzC, so no.

Another funny observation: The man firing a machinegun on the cover of FG85 has an uncanny resamblance to Barack Obama. But judge for yourself:

Big Laugh

But I must say the coverart on the later titles has been a lot more appropriate, both themathically and in style.

But perhaps the best part of the cover is that the MG gunner is equipped with blanks. He won't do much against the red horde with that. ;)
