France 40' missing unit icons

Guys,

Am playing France 40' and have found missing icons for Belgian Eng. units.

I am using Volcano Man's graphics.

But simply overrode originals without deleting any of them when I added his fab mod.

Looking at unit icon folder in my HPS France 40' file I see unit art for:

Genie bat div
Genie
Genie Div Cav
G ie bat div

That is how they are named.

The last one does have missing letters.

Any ideas as to why the unit picture icons are not appearing in the unit info box?

What is the exact name of the scenario you are playing?

[Kuriltai]

What scenario are you playing? Is it is an Alt version?

What is the name of the missing art piece?
It might be something in the OOB.

EDIT: I notice there is a Volcano bmp called: Ge'nie bat div with the little inflection thingy over the "e".Thats probably the one with the missing letters.

Also, two of the ones you mention as being missing are there (I see them in the pack) so one of two possibilities here:

1) You are using a mod scenario

OR (and this one sounds more likely)

2) You should download the art mod and install it again as it sounds like it didn't install correctly.

Am playing the main scen. - 0510_01 The Invasion of France

The engineer units w/out artwork are too numerous to name.

But include most of all "#e Battailion Genie" units.

Funny things is some of the eng. units do have artwork - but then only eng. w/ trucks.

Will re-download all Bel. units into game's Belgian file again to see.

Select a unit with missing artwork, and hold down the right mouse button on it.
The top line is the actual name of the unit used in the OOB.I am going to guess all your missing Genie units have the same name.
If you have not already re-downloaded,you could probably just use an existing bmp to create a new one.

Found problem - it was due my computer not recognizing the French accent used in the title of one type of Belgian engineer unit.

Looks like I'll just have to play on w/out the unit graphic artwork.
