I have just issued the last 2 games for 1944 and the first game for 1945.

The tournament is now officially closed for new entries and you must please check your personal stats below to insure you have 5 games under your belt to qualify for a participation medal (I will make sure that all members currently playing will be able to qualify).

Axis achieved minor victory in First strike towards Butgenbach vs. Ed.

I would call it a lost victory. With only an handfull of troops the Axis managed to occupy and hold the objective which was needed for a victory. It happened in the last turn.
I even had to abandon my rear to reach my goal. Morale very low.
I can hear already Patton´s tanks in the distance ready for a counter attack.

I would suggest to try talking to the Western Allies to stop fighting in the west and concentrate all our forces in the east. Maybe the Brits and Americans would even join in.
