RE: The Guns Of August France 1914 Tournament
You can count me in, I have this game but I have never played it, a tournament should be a good way to start learning it Smile

Regards,

Heinz

It is important that you understand the subtle differences between the PzC and the FWWC engine, have a read of my article if you have not already done so https://www.theblitz.club/articles/Artic...show&id=93 the number one mistake PzC players make is to try to take advantage of the 4200 stacking limit in order to execute a mass assault and suffer horrendous casualties from defencive fire because the casualties suffered is directly related to the number of men in a hex (unlike PzC), in PzC you used to shudder if you suffered 30 casualties per shot, in F14 you can suffer 300 in one shot!

You have been warned........Big Grin

I am in a similar position to Heinz , had the game for sometime but have never taken it out of its cellopane wrappings. I have installed it now and would like to play as I enjoyed the last one and most of the others are playing again. Count me in and thanks for the infoRolling Eyes
