Very true but the most important factor is how eager and desperate is the person's who want's the game. Hell they might not even sell.
To be frank I have a load of wargame minitures, mostly complete armies for different periods and various scales which should sell well, but posting these could be a problem, so these will be the last to go.
Have never been the best at any form of wargaming especially learning rules for all the different game periods, plus working shifts and a load of overtime lead to painting figures at all hours before and after work !!!
However after a few years I picked up a lot of tips and honed my painting skills, had a clear out of all my early sub-standard figs at a wargaming event and they sold like hot cakes.
So most of the remaining figs ( 20,000+ ) are collector standard.
