i have a question about the scenario editor

whenever i want to put a objective in either ef or wf it only shows russian and german. why dont the other nation show in the objective window chooser?

The objectives available are based on the selected OOB..........if a nation is not in the parent OOB they will not be able to have an objective hex.

I just opened a random scenario, ALL countrys are available for objective placement?! Yours only shows Germany and Russia?

I think I saw this every now and then with 1.04 too. Never figured out why it happens. Perhaps just wait for the new release, where I have not seen this happening at all.
