Yes, it's Friday afternoon here in Singapore and you can just see Indonesia across the harbour
(That's NOT a Stuka or IL2 on an anti shipping run)
The really positive news is despite my Singapore ISP doing maintenance on my fibre connection between 2am & 5am local time, I managed (on the second attempt) to get a whole lot of bits and bytes to John Tiller....

The AAR shows one area where PzC could use some improvement: in short scenarios, it's very difficult to reach the final objectives if it's even realistically possible if the enemy sacrifices men to buy time. 13-14 hexes to cross for the objective you really need to capture to win is a lot of ground to cover when attacking dug-in enemies with just 8 turns to win. There are a couple of (really) short winter scenarios in Moscow '42 where clever sacrifice of units makes it very difficult for the attacker to win.
