I hate doing this, as I prefer to finish games, but I am not prepared to spend hours on a game and then walk out with nothing when my opponent disappears.
The last time I got a turn from Wulfir was on 15 January. I have tried to contact him by e-mail 2 or 3 times since then up to 11 February without getting a response. I hope all is well on his side.
It does not look as if the game is going to be finished though and therefore I am going to claim. I think a minor victory is realistic considering how the game has gone thus far, even though the rules state that I can claim more.

I had my game with Wulfir stopped by the very same time. He was last active on Shrapnel Games Forums on 11th of January. Since he is one of the game developers (AFAIK!) I say something wrong might have happened to him.

Just saying it is probably not his choice.

You may claim whatever level of victory you wish, including OW.
