Is there any way to get rid of the icon bar at the bottom of the screen? When I 'reply' to a post it moves around like it's a jumping bean?

What browser are you using? Also, does it 'jump' just once and then gets back at the bottom?

I am using IE 11. It only seems to jump around when I use the reply button, like now :) It jumps every time I type a letter. If I just post it doesn't move. I also just found out it doesn't move when I edit.

You're right, i just tried it with IE11. Seems like IE placed a horizontal scrolling bar for no obvious reason.
Let me see what i can do about it.

Ok, the bouncing icons bar should be fixed. You might need to refresh the page first, though.

Another thing, in the middle of the same bar the "Rules" link and the "Chain of Command" link send me to the same page, I guess the Chain of Command should show the guys running the club but only show the rules page.
