How to submit a scenario for H2H testing

I followed a link by Mr Grumpy which was meant to point to FAQ for designers, but it tells me the link is invalid.

Do I need to upload my scenario to blitz database and then find testers? Or do I need to use any other forms or method of submission?

Ok, I found some links to the upload, which do work. However, still some links in the forum are broken and leading to 404 file not found ....

Hey Pawel:

I received notification from the Blitz H2H system that you uploaded a scenario into the H2H Area for testing. I reviewed and approved it. You are now ready to begin testing your design with other players!

You should now post a "test players wanted" message in the CS Forums to recruit your test team.
