Problems installing France '40

Hello AndresK.

On the main Menu under Settings there are options referring to sounds: Sound Effects, Movements Sounds and Background Sound. Just remove the checkmark on the one you don't want to play.

thank you very much. I simply hate background music when I ended german scenario with victory and then will play this german "funeral" anthem.

Hi,
I got answer from HPS Support and I think it will be helpful for installing France40 from CD:
Ok, just found this email.

1 - Copy the CD to your hard drive, into the game folder where you would normally install it.

2 - Create the following registry entry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\HPS Simulations\France '40

(This should prevent the installer from being invoked when you put the CD in.)

3 - Create shortcuts to the main program and other programs you to run.

4 - Delete the setupapi.dll file inside your game directory.
