Error : CANT read scenariofile

Hi ,

even though i have all necaserry files and updates i cant get some Scenarios for the Long
war mod of iron x to work.

I remember i had such a Problem in horse and muskets 1.
A tschechian Player did create Scenarios wich contained letters we dont have in Germany.

After changing this letters the Scenarios worked.
I oppened the Scenarios with Notepad but cant find such letters.

Anny ideas ?
