Another ME Question

This one is annoying me personally - but when I click off (under options) - Infobox Counters - upon returning into the program - the Infobox Counters is "re-checked" turning it on.  Is there a way to keep this off - quit the game/prorgram - come back into the program and its still check to off?

Hmm, a persistent InfoBox Counters setting -- thought we had implemented that, seems not.  Will check and if needed fix in ME 1.01.
