RE: CSME 1.02 UPDATE - OPEN BETA
I'd be interested to hear what you think of the 3D terrain in this Beta particular.

Each and every 3D terrain tile was touched with its colors reset to fit a bit better in the background, to allow the units (which were not touched) to be visible in the foreground a bit better:

Hi Battle Kat,

3D desert terrain is very nice! Kind of wind blown a bit like the desert. Units contrast well against it! Search2

Mediterranean terrain didn't look much different. Then again I haven't looked at a scenario with Med terrain in it for some weeks.

RE: CSME 1.02 UPDATE - OPEN BETA
I sort of concur with you ItB there. Maybe it is because the desert terrain is so nicely painted with Hammada and Rough tiles, while Med is mostly about clear terrain and forests... But yes, desert especially benefited from this imho too. Helmet Smile

All I am finding at the links provided is the same previous 1.02 update I already have installed. I'm obviously missing something. Someone please help an old man out & give me a direct link to this new update. I have turns awaiting!!
