Straight lobbying.. Cold War please :D
Hi,
I am a huge fan of swapping round the settings. No doubt a nightmare for game developers.
A Fulda Gap type setting would be cracker .
First love is indeed WWII, Eastern Front. And there is Flashpoint Campaigns, a very fine game. But still no CM Cold War for example so PBs in that setting would be great.
Yes.. fans are unreasonably demanding..
All the best,
kip.

+1
PB in Cold War or modern Russia vs Ukraine would be most welcome.
I could have swore that in one of the later interviews JT had briefly mentioned an upcoming release for modern warfare with the new system - but I may be wrong as I have not been able to find it again.

You did and he did - and I think if you search through these threads here you might find something too.

Gen. Freyberg: "Well, if you wave at them they'll usually wave back."

Ummm i never see the first pic with the units image... that T-62s looks strange i find rare the turret.
A post WWII title is cool... like try a pre WWII title (i think engine can deal very well with WWI at least in the fluid battles like Meggido or first part of war in Europe... and of course east front actions).
I know that is "easier" a what if but maybe here i find that they need a lot of good content in nations-units, like Normandy title... for example not only Soviets VS USA/West Germany... add polish, East Germany, french, UK, (Denmark, Low Countries, Belgium... even other minors present in brigade-regimental units (Portugal, Spain, Italy...) creating a title out of the usual Fulda Gap area... or north or south.
Other option is Korea... with chinese troops hehehe.
For me a What if is easy to do because you are not limited to historical features BUT at same time the options are more open and is hard know when is enough... for example the only What if title in the PzC serie is Sea Lion and find it a little "poor" because lacks really WTF things... like you can find in Decisive Campaigns with USA units and material for example.
Any way any title in post WWII is allways wellcome... ummm the name was "Armored battles" for the serie no???

A Nato/WP would be a good start and doesn't have to be any one area. if you are to get all the nations involved in some scenarios, it would have to be a scenario selection like Campaign Series or Steel Panthers. Even if we could get the option of choosing the scenario type and what country we want like in CS or SP. But again, choosing an actual Bn, Bde or Div instead of selecting everything yourself. You could still implement some kind of point system to acquire airstrikes or reinforcements or supporting artillery for the whole scenario.

shush.
Hypothetical titles have one great advantage, you can make truly balanced scenarios out of the box. There are no historical constraints on pre-determined outcomes.
