Spanish Civil War, even when i dont see the Bilbao armored car Italian armored cars were the big clue... ummm but T-28... whats doing here???

The T-28 is a typical Squad Battles deal. There are a few vehicles in most SB db's (data bases) that either weren't there,
never produced or have wrong armaments.

Guessing the T-28 is in SCW because of this:

There is some evidence that a single T-28 was used during the Spanish Civil War.

I blame the designer.

Actually, the extra vehicles are there to allow people to create what-if's etc. using the scenario editor.

Would need to dig the notes for the usage of the T-28, but that title was so researched that there is indeed probably a record of its use.
