Well Cyrano and I played one battle .. result below. TV for me and we are struggling out the 2nd battle with at the most 1-2 turns a week.

You can ask the Moderators to declare the battle forfeited by Cyrano, granting you aTV, you know?
Its not you who should have the consequences, if he doesn't continue to send files.

+1 to that. I am not a fan of harsh deadlines that make it hard to play a round of a tournament but on the other hand someone not returning files should not be the one to be rewarded. Contact Raz and get him involved.

I think I am ready to declare myself the winner for the first round. It has been 75 days since I sent the last turn, and I have sent numerous messages to my opponent. We were about half done on both, outcome still in doubt. As can happen, I think he was bitten by real life.
