I'm proud to say yesterday didn't feel any different than today, but I haven't peed on my shoes yet either :)
I remember..
Internet gaming was playing battleship over the phone with my friend Kelly
I had several friends that we mailed letters to each other for conversation and family news..
I did walk 1.2 miles to school, but my parents did take me in the car when it snowed
We were not allowed in the house during daylight hours unless it was raining, or snowing VERY hard... Drizzles.. HAH, OUT!
We had 3 channels on the TV on a cloudy day
We were told to respect our elders and be invisible when they were talking
We were told that history was to be respected and never forgotten, no matter what it was, and to learn from it.
Doing something Bad or Stupid, resulted in a stick or belt across your ass and a firm lecture of why.
Ah Life is such a pleasure these days
