"Best" custom scenarios?

Yes you have to download it from the HPS site. Great set of scenarios that uses alot of the more "modern" SB features that were developed later than TOD. Good to see that SB is not being put out to pasture. Farmer

Have to agree with Brett about Frank's Modern Africa mod off back of Pacwar, top stuff

Probably biased as I helped with historical research and playtesting but Frank's AOTR W-SS scenarios are worth a look

I think they are over at TFE4 under AVR scenario packs which feature Oz and plenty of other great designers as well

Not sure if you bought your game through HPS or JTS. The update for TOD through HPS that has the House to House scenarios is here:

I see ... I have the JTS version .

I don't see why you couldn't download the HPS TOD update, unzip it onto a folder on your desktop and just place the scenario files into your TOD folder. They should work.
