what patches or up dates do i need,, and will these scenarios work with the original talonsoft disc's

Talonsoft's version won't work in Windows 10. You need the Matrix version. It's on sale for only $9.99:
Were you trying to get those scenarios working using your Talonsoft disks? If so, that's why. If you were using the Matrix version, did you get any errors? Can you describe the problem?

im running the original talon soft programs on a virtual drive ,, my laptop is running Windows 8,,i also have tiller ..if i need updates for the matrix version.. which updates are they,,
On the matrix version i got popups saying error reading scenario,, or it would just be a regular game screen,, but no map,,just a black screen
From what I understand, the Talonsoft version won't work right from Windows 7 on, not sure about XP. I don't think running it from a virtual drive makes a difference, but maybe?
As for Matrix, once you buy the game from them and register it you can log into your account with them and go to your list of games. That's where you can find the current updates. Or use the update link on the opening screen of the game.
I think the black screen you describe happens when the game can't find the map file? Not positive. Try searching for posts here or at Matrixgames. Just about all the early kinks have been resolved, so I'm sure Jason Petho or someone else on the team can help you out.
What version of the Matrix game do you have installed now? I'm not on my regular computer so I can't check the current version.

i think i may need the blitz pack ,,i saw that in the descriptions of some of the scenarios,,, i have to see what version of the game i have,, i have not added any updates

i found that a few scenarios are not working,,WF
i installed the update 2.02 now i get this message when i try to play any of the games have to reinstall
