Any NA 41 scenarios with potential rail movement  Must raise one hell of a dust cloud, I expect? Kinda makes me thirsty thinking about.

None. There was a rail line build by the British that ultimately went to Tobruk, but that was never used for large scale troop movement, but rather supplies.

Nearly all movement was motorised or foot during the period covered.
