Separate Tank Brigades usually formed a bulk of on-demand Army armoured assets (sometimes Corps, but rarely since Corps in RKKA were considered mostly administrative formation). They were somewhat weaker than typical tank brigades of proper Armoured or Mechanized Corps.

11th Artillery Division

An entire artillery division usually encompassed the key firepower of an army. 27th had two main artillery divisions, one standard (field) and one qualified as breakthrough artillery division, that had weapons such as B-4 203mm howitzers. The other division is not represented in this scenario given the sheer firepower it possesed as for SPWW2 standards, as well as it was noticeably slower – as the name says, it was used for breakthroughs, not pursuits such as battle of Turda.
NOTE: there are ways to deploy entire regiments as off-map deployment. This divisions’ assets are recommended to be usually deployed offmap for sheer control reasons.

IPTABs, because this is common abreviations of such units, acted as concentrated anti-tank force of the Army. They usually were made of three regiments, each with 6 batteries. Two regiments were towed, static ATs, white the third usually was dedicated self-propelled tank destroyer unit with smaller amount of guns. These units were either spread for support or served as concentrated pivot defence agaisnt armoured counterattacks.

9th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Division

Soviets had serious AA cover mostly in concentrated AA divisions. Each division was made of 2-4 AA Regiments of various compisition. Heavy regiments had 85mm guns, while medium – 37mm and AAMGs. I failed to find out what was the dedicated equipment of below regiments, so I assumed one was heavy, and one was medium.
NOTE: if these are deployed outside the battle, they apply for air combat system. More info in air combat system on that matter, but they mostly could provide protection from outside the Steel Panthers as area denial weapons.
