Turn 13

Allies air attack both Barce and south of el Abiar.

Mostly moved adjacent to Tobruk and am getting into position to eliminate the remaining Allies near the coast and some air attacks. I might be understanding supply, the next turn will tell if I do.

End of turn positions.

Turn 17

No Allied activity.

Last turn I believe have to go all out with what I have on Tobruk.

Air attacks all on Tobruk.

First an attack on el Abiar.

Nice attack but still no go.

End of game, my first Minor Defeat (only have had major defeats lol, so this is a victory!).

Hi Zov,

I don't have the North Africa game. Are there differences between it and The First Blitzkried, ie did the developer make any improvements?

Thanks for posting the AARs. While I have criticized the Strategic War series, I am enjoying First Blitzkrieg and am considering getting the NA installment of the series.

gwgardner

Thank you. My understanding is the engine is the same in both games series, so the only difference is the scenarios, years involved and nationalities.

I am no expert and I own both so they seem the same to me and the notes I have read from WDS seems to indicate that if they change something in they will port it to the other like how they do in other series.

Hopefully this series gets a little more love and a 1941 East Front (better yet 1941-1945) game comes out I saw an article at one point on this.
