In addition to the strength recovery described above, it is possible for certain organizations in the order of battle to receive replacements. When this is defined for an organization, then each unit eligible to recover strength as specified above can also receive a variable number of replacements based on a specified percentage of the unit’s full-strength value.


Can anyone direct me to where it tells you which ones are eligible?

You should check the OOB editor. It reads Repl=X%.

It doesn't have to be on the highest level in the command. In France '14, brigades have replacement rates, for example.

Also keep in mind that those rates are before applying Replacement Rate coefficient in the Parameter Data.

I guess Bulge doesn't have replacements.
