Going into T mode will not accrue fatigue as it uses no MPs;  going from T mode to deployed will accrue fatigue as it uses MPs.

Bottom line, anything that uses MPs will result in a) accruing fatigue at night and b) not recovering any fatigue from resting.

Since the release of Tunisia 43, night MP expenditure other than road (T - Travel mode) can cause disruption.  I am not sure if going from T mode to deployed MP expenditure would count as road movement if done in a road hex.  Surely if done in a off road hex, then I believe the night disruption rule would apply.

Just one more thing to consider.

RE: I forgot
"All units moving at night not by Travel Mode on roads or rail lines, or Rail Mode
on rail lines can become Disrupted based on the probability given by the Night

Movement Disruption Parameter Data Value."

My understanding of this is that it is checked only during movement hex to hex. I have not noticed disruption merely for changing travel mode.

Right, you have to move into another hex.
